The Villages Fairway Neighborhood

For her forever home, our client envisioned bathrooms that felt like a quiet retreat—spaces that would offer calm at the start of the day and restoration at the end of it. She came to us seeking guidance on the space layout and material selections for both her primary and guest bathrooms, with a clear vision: something zen and calming, feminine yet refined, and designed to feel both unique and timeless.

We began by thoughtfully reworking the layouts to maximize openness and functionality. Because this was her forever home, storage and spaciousness were essential. Every element was carefully considered—from generous vanities to intentional cabinetry—ensuring that the bathrooms would not only feel serene but also support everyday living with ease.

To achieve the tranquil aesthetic she desired, we curated a warm neutral palette that immediately softens the space and evokes a spa-like atmosphere. Layered textures and subtle tonal variation create visual interest while maintaining a sense of calm. Brass accents were introduced through plumbing fixtures and hardware, adding a gentle glow that brings warmth and dimension to the overall design.

To ground the palette and create balance, we selected a warm oak stained vanity, bringing an organic element into the space. The natural wood tones lend depth and authenticity, perfectly complementing the softness of the neutral materials while reinforcing the peaceful, nature-inspired feel.

The result is a pair of bathrooms that feel elevated, welcoming, and deeply personal—spaces that reflect her style while offering enduring beauty. Thoughtfully designed and rich in quiet detail, both bathrooms now embody the serene, timeless retreat she imagined for her forever home. The results are truly marvelous. 

Redwood Oaks Neighborhood

This ADU was designed to feel like a deep, refreshing breath of fresh air — open, airy, cozy, and instantly welcoming. We paired white cabinets with white quartz featuring soft gold veining, then added gold hardware and fixtures to bring subtle elegance to the kitchen.

To ground the space, we installed wide-plank oak floors with warm undertones, which brought natural warmth and balance to the bright palette.

The bathroom became our spa-inspired retreat, with warm porcelain tile floors, marble-like porcelain shower walls with warm veining in conjunction with reeded wood-like tile that adds balance, warmth and texture. A linear drain preserves the clean, modern aesthetic, while a floating vanity keeps the space visually open.

The result is a small space that lives big — warm, modern, and designed for effortless comfort.

Corona Heights Neighborhood

This project was all about creating a cozy, eclectic, and boho-inspired home by blending what the client already owned with new pieces that brought texture, color, and personality into each space. They had meaningful furniture and décor collected over time, so instead of starting over, we intentionally layered onto what was already there.

We introduced soft textiles, warm woods, woven accents, playful pillows, vintage-inspired rugs, and natural materials to give the home that relaxed, collected-over-time feel. The color palette centered around earthy tones with subtle pops of warmth — shades that make a space feel inviting the moment you walk in.

Art became a major storytelling element. We curated pieces that felt expressive, joyful, and deeply aligned with the client’s personality, creating visual moments throughout the home that sparked inspiration and comfort.

The result is a warm, soulful home filled with comfort, creativity, and intentional design — an eclectic boho sanctuary that reflects the client’s story and feels good to live in every single day.

Belmont Woods

In the quiet charm of Belmont Woods, our clients wanted a home that didn’t just look beautiful — they wanted it to feel like a soft landing. A place where their family could curl up on a Sunday morning, and where guests would walk in and instantly feel like they belonged.

This project was all about intention. We reimagined the furniture layout to open up conversations, sightlines, and the energy of the space. Every seat has a purpose, and every angle invites connection. Nothing feels staged; it feels lived-in, loved, and ready for real life.

The furniture selections focused on timeless silhouettes, durable textures, and a palette that will age gracefully — pieces you won’t regret in five, ten, or fifteen years. Soft, grounded neutrals layered with warm woods, cozy upholstery, and subtle contrast created a foundation that’s both elegant and incredibly approachable.

This was never about trends. It was about longevity. Comfort. Warmth.
A home meant for family memories and spontaneous gatherings, where people exhale the moment they walk in.

Belmont Woods now feels exactly like the clients hoped — welcoming, effortless, and timeless… the kind of home you never want to leave.
