Redwood Oaks Neighborhood

This ADU was designed to feel like a deep, refreshing breath of fresh air — open, airy, cozy, and instantly welcoming. We paired white cabinets with white quartz featuring soft gold veining, then added gold hardware and fixtures to bring subtle elegance to the kitchen.

To ground the space, we installed wide-plank oak floors with warm undertones, which brought natural warmth and balance to the bright palette.

The bathroom became our spa-inspired retreat, with warm porcelain tile floors, marble-like porcelain shower walls with warm veining in conjunction with reeded wood-like tile that adds balance, warmth and texture. A linear drain preserves the clean, modern aesthetic, while a floating vanity keeps the space visually open.

The result is a small space that lives big — warm, modern, and designed for effortless comfort.
